Ticket Cancellation and Refund Policy 

All ticket cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Ajax-Pickering Board of Trade (APBOT) at least 7 days prior to the event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 7 days prior. However, tickets are transferable, and you may designate a substitute attendee such as colleague or one of our not-for-profit members to attend in your stead. In this case, advance notice to APBOT would be appreciated. 

Photography Policy 

By attending the event, you grant APBOT and its partners the right to take photographs and video footage of you during the event. These materials may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify our staff.
