• Borrow the e-book or e-audiobook from either the Pickering Public Library or Ajax Public Library

Event Registration Cancellation Policy 

All registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Ajax-Pickering Board of Trade (APBOT) at least 7 days prior to the event. Although the event is free, we appreciate advance notice of cancellations so we can manage our attendance effectively. 

If you are unable to attend, you may designate a substitute attendee, such as a colleague or one of our not-for-profit members, to attend in your place. Please notify APBOT in advance of any substitutions. 

Photography Policy 

By attending the event, you grant APBOT and its partners the right to take photographs and video footage of you during the event. These materials may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify our staff. Thank you for your understanding.
