As part of your APBOT membership, join us for our complimentary business networking series, held on the first Thursday of every month!

Coffee Connect is a member-exclusive event, designed to provide our members with a relaxed and welcoming space to build connections, exchange ideas and grow their networks within the local business community.

Non-members are welcome to attend to experience the value of APBOT networking opportunities; however, a registration fee will apply for non-member attendees.

Event Registration Policy 

Please note that it is the policy of the Ajax-Pickering Board of Trade (APBOT) that all event registrations be paid in full prior to the event.

All registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Ajax-Pickering Board of Trade (APBOT) at least 7 days prior to the event. Refunds will not be given after this date. We appreciate advance notice of cancellations so we can manage our attendance effectively. 

If you are unable to attend, you may designate a substitute attendee, such as a colleague or one of our not-for-profit members, to attend in your place. Please notify APBOT in advance of any substitutions. 

Photography Policy 

By attending the event, you grant APBOT and its partners the right to take photographs and video footage of you during the event. These materials may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify our staff. Thank you for your understanding.
