The Complex is host to two cardio rooms, one weight room with walking track, 6 squash courts, 2 doubles squash courts, 2 racquetball courts, 2 ice pads, an 8-lane, 25-metre pool with diving well and training pool, 4 tennis courts, personal training and nutrition services, a pottery studio, an on-site physiotherapy clinic and spa and a bright, cheery child supervision room.
