Event Registration Policy 

Please note that it is the policy of the Ajax-Pickering Board of Trade (APBOT) that all event registrations be paid in full prior to the event.

All registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Ajax-Pickering Board of Trade (APBOT) at least 7 days prior to the event. Refunds will not be given after this date. We appreciate advance notice of cancellations so we can manage our attendance effectively. 

If you are unable to attend, you may designate a substitute attendee, such as a colleague or one of our not-for-profit members, to attend in your place. Please notify APBOT in advance of any substitutions.

Photography Policy 

The Ajax-Pickering Board of Trade (APBOT) reserves the right to photograph and record its' events, and may use this content in publications, posters, and/or graphics.
